Shipping Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Our shipping partners include USPS, and UPS. Each order placed will be shipped via the method that you select at checkout unless it requires fulfillment through a drop shipment. In most cases orders ship from our store. In some cases, orders may ship directly as a drop ship from our suppliers.
 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

Each order's delivery time will be determined by the shipping method you select at checkout. Orders are typically delivered in 2-6 business days*. All selected shipping services will show the calculated amount of days for delivery.
 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time we only ship to the continental US.
 

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

We strive to have the fastest possible handling time on each order. We know you trusted us with your order and will work quickly to get it out the door. Generally, most orders* ship within 1-2 business days. *Please add up to 7 days for complete bikes to ship; we have all bikes built and need to meticulously pack them so they arrive at your door undamaged.

Returns

We allow unused and never installed product returns in their undamaged original packaging and documentation to the address below, for any reason up to 30 days after the purchase date (NO AUTHORIZATION NEEDED). Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have regarding your return prior to sending the product back to us.

You are responsible for paying for the returned shipping cost to return your (unused/in original packaging) product back to us.

Exchanges: Sorry, we do not offer exchanges. If you ordered the wrong color, size, or etc., simply return the unused item and order the correct item you need. We will credit your original payment method once we receive your return.

*The returns and exchange policy does not apply to special orders. Please call us in these cases. Special Orders, if authorized as returnable (please ask before you place a special order) will carry a 20% return fee if returned.

Backorders: Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will contact you immediately. We take pride in our large on hand stock; but sometimes inventories may be inaccurate. In addition to our large number of items on hand in inventory, we have the ability to order tens of thousands of other products not listed on our website. If there is something you've seen elsewhere and would like us to get for you, just contact us through one of the various methods on our contact us page. We do not offer price matching.
